The Corsol® coatings process is a field-proven solution to corrosion, based on a process called Metal Polymerization® in which a proprietary liquid copolymer is applied to a metal surface to retard corrosion. A chemical reaction occurs between the copolymer and the metallic substrate, providing protection against corrosion undercutting and blistering. The Corsol® corrosion solution is less expensive than galvanizing for aluminum or stainless steel components and reduces both maintenance costs associated with corrosion and equipment downtime. American Warrior Enterprises is one of the few fabrication vendors who offer this process, and we have a dedicated line for it.
