The end panels are reinforced and protected by stainless steel guard members that minimize cart weight and deliver added strength and durability.
All corners are reinforced and protected by stainless steel corner protectors for strength and durability.
The top and bottom sections ship separately for ease of transport and have a mechanism to lock the adjustable height of the cart.
The cart floor is constructed with interlocking sections that work together to create a strong unitized structure. Plus, the floor includes rugged stainless steel wear sections that are easily field-replaceable.
Innovative dual-functioning side rail. The middle flange supports the crossmembers and serves as the bottom flange of the side rail where it is trimmed for tire clearance. The lower flange takes over in the middle of the cart, where stresses are higher.
The turntable is 3x wider than the standard, for increased stability. It turns on a Teflon® pad, so no grease or lube is required.
Totally bolted design eliminates the weaknesses imposed by welding and makes every American Warrior Transport Cart easy and inexpensive to repair in the field.
The roof assembly features a honeycombed, cellular design and construction for increased stability and strength – and reduced weight. Plus, a field-adjustable clear height of 150+ inches.
Innovative post extrusions are thicker, where the strength is needed, but reduced between the corners of the post, where stresses are minimal. The result: increased strength and lower weight.
The corner posts are angled on the two inside corners so that material won’t get caught on square corners, and any material will be funneled in or out.
The roof and side walls are reinforced with support beams that make American Warrior Transport Carts strong and durable, yet light in weight, as well as very flexible, in terms of clear height.
3-stage 100% natural solid rubber tires. Also available in heavy-duty pneumatic.
The tow bar flips up and engages the brake when the cart is parked.
